Privacy policy
Last updated October 31, 2026
This policy explains what RapMe collects when you use the site, why, who processes it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect the email address you sign in with and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name and picture; the photos you upload and the videos we make from them; your purchase records, which Stripe handles so we never see or store full card numbers; and basic usage data such as the pages you visit and where you came from. Your photo is used to make your video and for nothing else: we do not use it to identify you or to train models.
Who processes it
We use these providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email delivery), Stripe (payments), Supabase and Google (sign-in) and WaveSpeed (the AI provider that makes your video; your photo and the instructions for the style you picked are sent to it). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 2 days. Generated videos are deleted automatically after 30 days, so download the ones you want to keep. Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email us and we will delete your account and data sooner.
Cookies
We use only first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Your photo choice and options are kept in your browser's session storage while you pay or sign in, and are gone when you close the tab.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@rapme.monkeyai-fun.workers.dev. RapMe is not intended for anyone under 16; if you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the account.
