We want you to be happy with RapMe. This page explains when credits come back automatically and when you can ask for a refund.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits for it return to your account automatically and you do not need to ask. If you were charged and see no credits, contact us.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit purchase within 7 days of buying it if you have not used any of those credits. Credits that have been used are not refundable.

How to ask

Email support@rapme.monkeyai-fun.workers.dev from the address on your account with your order details. We reply within 3 business days.
